Ethical AI and Fairness in Machine Learning

Abstract:

Machine learning is a rapidly growing field that has the potential to change many aspects of our lives. However, there are also concerns about its justice and ethical implications. One of its major challenges is ensuring the validity of machine learning models. Unbiasedness in machine learning is a complex concept, but it can generally be defined as the absence of bias in its models. Biases in machine learning models can bias individuals or groups of people.


This paper looks at the challenges of ensuring fairness in machine learning and discusses some of the strategies that can be used to address them. Moreover, tthe paper discusses ethical considerations that should be considered when designing machine learning examples and applications.


Introduction:

The burgeoning domain of machine learning has the potential to revolutionize numerous industries. However, ethical apprehensions surrounding the development and utilization of machine learning models are notable. Key ethical facets include the pursuit of fairness and validity of machine learning models, both of which stand as a major challenges.
